Many ancient civilizations sought healing through the four natural directions - or cardinal directions - for generations before us. Each direction has sacred wisdom and holds teachings used to release unwanted patterns, find inner joy, and step into your destiny. The south, the place of discovery and understanding; the west, place of death and release; the north, place of ancestral and divine wisdom; and the east, the place of the rising sun, or our becoming. This program is meant to be a journey and not a one and done session if you want to fully work with all four directions.
